Shipping Coverage
At present, we ship exclusively within Australia. Orders from outside Australia cannot be accepted at this time.
Shipping Fees
Orders of $70 AUD or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders below $70 AUD will be charged a flat shipping fee of $7.99 AUD.
Taxes & Duties
All applicable taxes and fees are already included in the product prices. No additional charges will be applied at checkout or upon delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 18:00 (Australia/Sydney time, AEST/AEDT).
Orders placed before 18:00 are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 are processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Order Handling Time
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. This process includes order verification, quality inspection, and careful packaging.
Transit Time
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 5–15 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location within Australia and current logistics conditions.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order details, invoice, and tracking information.

Liability & Responsibility
Product Damage or Loss: We remain responsible for your parcel until it is successfully delivered. If damage or loss occurs during transit, please contact us with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
Order Changes & Cancellation: Once processing has started, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Delivery Information: Please ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
Delivery Receipt Guidelines
We recommend inspecting your parcel before signing for delivery. If the outer packaging shows significant damage, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. Once the parcel is signed for, it is considered accepted in good external condition.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural events, or peak-season demand. If significant delays arise, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Failed Delivery
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability, the carrier may leave a collection notice or redirect the parcel to a local pickup point.
If the package is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts or non-collection, additional shipping fees may be required for reshipment.
