Shipping Range
We currently only provide shipping services within the entire territory of Australia. Other countries and regions outside of Australia are not supported at this time.
Shipping Fees
Orders of $70 AUD or more (including $70 AUD): Free shipping.
Orders under $70 AUD: A flat shipping fee of $7.99 AUD will be charged.
Taxes and Duties
All taxes and related fees are already included in the product price. You do not need to pay any additional fees or hidden charges at checkout or upon delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).
Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the following business day.
If an order is placed on a weekend or a public holiday, processing will begin on the next available business day.
Order Handling Time
The handling time for preparing and dispatching your order is 1 to 3 business days. This period covers order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Transit Time
The estimated total transit time is 5 to 15 business days after the order has been dispatched. Please note that these are estimates and may vary based on your specific location within Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment invoice, and carrier information. You can track your order status on our website’s "Order Tracking" page by entering your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number.
Liability Disclaimer
Product Damage or Loss: We are responsible for the safety of the goods until they are delivered to your designated address. If a product is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence (such as photos).
Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: Once an order has entered the processing stage, we cannot modify the shipping method or cancel the order. Please review your details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Delivery Address and Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Receipt Precautions
Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging for any visible damage before signing for the package. If the packaging is severely damaged, you may refuse the delivery and contact us promptly. Once you sign for the package, it is deemed that the exterior of the package was in good condition at the time of delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated transit times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or peak holiday seasons. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one was available to receive the package, the carrier may leave a calling card or move the item to a local collection point. If the package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
