Orders within 48 hours of placement: If your order has not been shipped and it is within 48 hours of your purchase, you may request a direct cancellation.

Orders after 48 hours or already shipped: We are unable to cancel orders that were placed more than 48 hours ago or those that have already entered the shipping process. In such cases, please wait for the logistics provider to deliver the items, and then contact us to initiate a return and refund process. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation Process

Our customer service team will process your request immediately. Once approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange your refund as soon as possible.
Refund Instructions

Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) used for the purchase.
